Kylie Jenner is facing a new lawsuit from a former employee who says she experienced discrimination and mistreatment while working at the reality star’s Los Angeles home.

According to court documents filed April 18, former housekeeper Angelica Hernandez Vasquez claims she worked at Jenner’s Hidden Hills property from September 2024 through August 2025.

In the lawsuit, Vasquez describes herself as “a Salvadoran woman and a practicing Catholic.” She alleges she faced “discrimination, harassment and retaliation…based on her race, national origin, religion and disability.”

Jenner is named as a defendant alongside Tri Star Services and Maison Family Services. Vasquez claims other employees and a supervisor repeatedly singled her out while she worked in what she called a “toxic and abusive environment.”

According to the complaint, she was “treated with hostility and exclusion” and regularly assigned the most difficult tasks. She also alleges coworkers mocked her accent, snapped their fingers at her and made her finish tasks assigned to others. The lawsuit also claims that a supervisor threw hangers at her feet during a confrontation in March 2025.

Vasquez says she reported the behavior, but alleges her concerns were “dismissed, mocked or ignored.”

She resigned in August 2025 after the “working conditions had become intolerable.”
