In a video making rounds from Veekee James’s daughter’s dedication, the two were captured in a bizarre exchange while celebrating with the couple.
In the clip, Imisi was captured dancing with Veekee and her husband when Toke walked in with her huge fascinator, which obstructed Imisi. The two, however, played it cool for the cameras, but their facial expressions showed otherwise.

Following the birth of her daughter, Toke had shut down reports that her baby daddy is a Muslim. She had responded to a fan who had expressed belief that her daughter’s father is a Muslim because of her name, Yakira, and Toke clarified that her baby daddy is not, and her daughter’s name is a Hebrew name, which means “beloved,” “precious,” and “someone of great worth.
The businesswoman responded to a netizen who accused her of being performative for only showing her daughter’s legs, arms, and back. Toke admonished the netizen to do what works for him. She said the long epistle over a child’s identity was bizarre.
The media personality had addressed a wrong narrative about her regarding men and marriage. The divorcee noted that people think she hates men or is a man basher, which is wrong, as she loves marriage and being married. Toke stated that she greatly advocates marriage because 2 is better than 1.
She had also given a shout-out to some unnamed married women who used to judge her, noting how life has visited them. Toke stated that this is one of the reasons she doesn’t judge anyone, noting how some of these women claim to be married yet are available for men.
