Influencer and socialite Priscilla Ojo has slammed her mother’s rival, Lizzy Anjorin, over her accusation.
Kemi Filani reported that Priscilla and her mother, Iyabo Ojo, had attended the wedding of Soso Soberekon and Princess Ebiere over the weekend, which didn’t sit well with Lizzy.
In an Instagram live, Lizzy claimed Iyabo is broke and poor, which is why she went to the ceremony with her daughter. She questioned how many celebrities came to the event with their children.
Hitting back at her, Priscilla stated that she is an adult and will not go to a place she isn’t invited. She mentioned that she is building a case against Lizzy, who she described as mentally ill.
“I’m not a child; I am a wife and a mom, and I’m capable of making my own decisions. I will never go where I am not invited. I have been quiet about this lady because she is clearly mentally ill, and I am building my case.
That’s all I’ll say”.
In May, Iyabo had challenged Lizzy, to a boxing fight. Sharing a video of her practising, Ojo called on billionaire E-Money and music executive, Soso Soberekon, to sponsor their match.
Responding to her, Lizzy accepted the challenge, calling Iyabo a certified failed actress with zero achievements.
In another post, she took a swipe at Iyabo’s partner, Paulo for demanding that she and Iyabo settle their beef with a boxing match. She demanded that he fight 10 rounds nonstop in the ring, like her husband.
Earlier in the year, Lizzy, accused Iyabo of having a hand in the death of singer, Destiny Boy.
Seemingly responding to her, Iyabo told her fans to let the actress be, saying Lizzy needs help and medical treatment. She expressed disappointment that Lizzy’s husband hadn’t learned enough to take her to a mental home.
Recall that for over two years, Iyabo and Lizzy have been at war. Iyabo had shared a video where she was mimicking and mocking Lizzy humorously. Lizzy, who was offended went on to reveal some intimate details about Iyabo, accusing her of promiscuity.
Following the allegation, Iyabo threatened legal action against Lizzy, demanding a public apology or risk paying N500 million for her libellous publication.
In 2024, a Lagos court had dismissed the N1billion defamatory lawsuit Iyabo filed against Lizzy. Lizzy reacted to the news by slamming Iyabo.
