THE Institute of Change Management (ICM) has unveiled top business leaders, including Sahara Group’s Group Managing Director, Mr Kola Adesina, and Managing Director of Africa Prudential Plc, Dr Catherine Nwosu, as headline speakers for its 2026 Annual Conference in Lagos.
The conference, scheduled for Sept. 3 and Sept. 4 at NECA House, Central Business District Alausa, Ikeja, will focus on strategies for navigating rapid change and driving organisational excellence.
With the theme: “Unleashing Change: Accelerating Impact, Harnessing Transformation to Drive Business Excellence and Personal Growth,” the the Institute said the event is expected to bring together policymakers, business executives and industry experts from across the public and private sectors.
According to the organisers, the conference will explore how organisations and individuals can thrive amid disruption through innovation, resilience and strategic leadership.
The statement said Adesina, who would deliver the keynote address, is expected to provide practical insights on leveraging transformation to accelerate growth and strengthening leadership capacity in a fast-changing global environment.
He is also billed to discuss strategies for leading transformation in uncertain times, building high-performance organisations, fostering winning cultures and driving innovation for long-term impact.
The organisers noted that Adesina would also examine how organisations could develop leadership capabilities for the future of work and create sustainable value through adaptability and effective execution.
Nwosu is expected to focus on sustainable growth through strategic investments, effective risk management and sound financial planning.
According to the ICM media office, she will provide perspectives on leveraging financial protection to strengthen organisational resilience and making investment decisions that deliver both economic and social value.
“Nwosu will also examine how organisations can navigate uncertainty while preserving value, align financial strategy with long-term objectives and create sustainable wealth through prudent planning and innovation,” the statement said.
Other confirmed speakers include Mr Jeremiah Okoh, Managing Director of Jeme Technologies; Samuel Agbeluyi, immediate past President of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN); Mrs Ijeoma Onyenobi, Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Nigeria LNG Limited; and Mr Edidiong Ekwere, Manager, Corporate Transformation Advisory at Nigeria LNG Ltd.
The organisers added that additional speakers and thought leaders from both the public and private sectors would be announced in the coming weeks.
They said the conference was designed to equip business executives, entrepreneurs, policymakers and professionals with practical strategies for accelerating performance, strengthening resilience and creating sustainable value.
“The conference will provide a platform for knowledge sharing, collaboration and capacity building, enabling participants to harness transformation for business excellence and personal growth,” the statement added.
