The accident occurred opposite Babs Fafunwa School inward the Victoria Island axis and involved a 14-passenger yellow commercial bus.
According to the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, the crash was caused by suspected brake failure, which forced the vehicle off the roadway.
The agency confirmed that no other vehicle was involved in the incident.
