She disclosed being dragged to court by the co-wife for taking one of the late diplomat’s vehicles despite being in possession of the other vehicles
“I have kept quiet. I have come again with my children. Everything that will cause problem, people told me to let them be.
“Today, I received a court letter by Wosilat Okoya that I should come and apologise to her for a vehicle that you did not give her that she took with all other cars, stating that first come, first served.
“That it is whoever gets the keys grabs the keys. I have evidence of everything I said.
“And now she has been saying court, that she wants to go to court because she does not want anybody near your property because she is occupying one of the houses there. She wants to take all the houses and the properties.
“You laboured for those properties, yet I let it go. I did a video in the December and said I let everything go. I’m in my house; they called me that now she wants to go to court.” She said.
Sholape, who brought her two kids along with her to the grave of the late Seriki, also accused Wosilat of depriving them of their school fees and heirloom.
“Demola Seriki these are your children. Is this how you want them to be bullying them?
“She took over their school fees and heirlooms.
“If Wosilat is the owner of your properties, let her be.
“Now she wants me in court for taking a vehicle that was not handed over to her. She changed it into her name two years after your death. It is on the paper.” She said.
Sholape claimed Wosilat has been disregarding Demola Seriki’s wishes, withholding properties and assets meant for her children, and trying to take possession of the entire estate.
She further alleged that documents relating to some of the properties and vehicles had been altered after her husband’s death.
She insisted she has evidence to support her claims and called on her late husband to “judge the matter spiritually,” while maintaining rightfully belongs to all of his children.
