According to a video posted on Fox News on Friday, July 10, 2026, Mark Chandler of Coastal Carolina University said Israel is the most likely source behind a series of unclaimed air strikes that hit Iran after the United States said it had ended its own attacks.
Chandler said Israel possesses precise military capabilities that would allow it to carry out such operations quietly.
In his words, Mark Chandler said, “Well, the likely candidates for those unclaimed air strikes obviously would be Israel. They have some precise capabilities that they can use against it,” he said.
