The Iranian military has claimed to have carried out a drone attack on the Al-Azraq Camp in Jordan, saying it targeted a radar station, communications systems and fuel depots belonging to the US military.
According to the military statement, the attack was carried out in the ninth phase of Operation Saaeqa in response to attacks that Iran claims were carried out by enemy forces against various areas in the country, including the southern regions and the Bampur camp in Iranshahr, where seven Iranian Land Forces soldiers were reportedly killed.
The statement stated that Al-Azraq Camp is one of the most important strategic US bases in the West Asia region, housing missile defense systems as well as being a command center for military operations.GET FULL STORY HERE.
