The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has dismissed a suit challenging the eligibilty of former President, Goodluck Jonathan, to contest in the 2027 Presidential election.
The suit seeking the disqualification of Jonathan from participating in the election was ruled out in a judgement delivered pn Tuesday.
According to reports, the court described the suit as an abuse of court processes while awarding N20 million in costs against the plaintiff in favour of Jonathan.
