The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has accused President Bola Tinubu of being politically responsible for the alleged detention challenges facing former Kaduna State governor Nasir El-Rufai, a claim that has stirred fresh controversy in Nigeria’s political space. The party argued that the situation reflects what it described as increasing political tension and concerns over the independence of institutions handling sensitive investigations.
