The 23-year-old streamer revealed in a recent video that he underwent a vasectomy after what he described as a pregnancy scare.
While speaking to fans, PlaqueBoyMax said he had originally planned to practice semen retention, but admitted things did not go as expected.
“But I worse than failed that b—h,” he said. “Basically, bro, I ain’t gon’ lie, gang. Put two and two together. I can’t be doing this s–t. Like, I’m not [going to] be doing this s–t.” The internet personality then shared that he decided to take permanent action.

PlaqueBoyMax explained that he wanted to be open with his followers while still keeping some details of his personal life private.
Later in the video, he said he had “slipped up” and recalled feeling “scared” and “panicking,” though he told viewers that “everything’s good” now,” he continued, later adding, “No more mistakes, and no kids is on the way. I got the vasectomy.”
The streamer’s net worth is reported to be somewhere around the $5 million mark.
