Jen Shah is speaking out for the first time since her release from prison, and she has plenty to say about her former Bravo costars.
The former Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star, who was released in December 2025 after serving time for fraud, addressed comments from Andy Cohen, who previously said he never wanted to see her again.
“Andy has a right to his opinion,” Jen said. “Andy has been very professional to me and to my team.”
Jen explained that she remained silent as her case unfolded because her attorneys advised her not to speak publicly.
“I wanted to talk and address the false narratives that were taking on a life of their own about me,” she said. “But I was being advised it wasn’t the right time.”
Jen also addressed the mystery surrounding the black eye Heather Gay suffered during season 3.
“We do need to talk about that black eye,” Jen said. “The alleged black eye.”
Before her legal troubles, Jen became one of the breakout stars of RHOSLC but that all changed when she pleaded guilty in 2022 to conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
Jen said she remains close with Meredith Marks and hopes to reconnect with Lisa Barlow and that she is considering writing a book, starting a podcast and even creating “a fictional musical about life in a woman’s prison.”
