Swae Lee has reached a confidential agreement in a paternity and child support case brought by a woman who claimed he is the father of her young son.
According to court documents, the rapper recently informed a Florida judge that “all matters have been resolved” and that the case should be closed.
In the filing, Swae Lee said he neither admitted nor denied the allegations made against him.
The lawsuit was filed in 2023 by Marla Naranjo, who asked the court to determine that Swae Lee was the biological father of her son, Karter Naranjo, now three years old. Marla claimed in court documents that the rapper had “not been involved in the child’s life at all.”
She also alleged that Swae Lee was “unable to provide a stable environment” because of his work schedule and frequent travel.
Marla sought primary custody of the child and requested monthly support, arguing that her son was “entitled to a share” of the performer’s income and assets.
The case remained largely inactive after Swae Lee first referenced a confidential settlement in August 2025.
Swae Lee is already a father of two. He shares a daughter, born in 2020, with model Aline Martins, and also has a son with model Victoria Kristine.
