Tina Campbell and her husband, Teddy Campbell, are ending their marriage after nearly 24 years together.
According to court documents, Teddy, 51, filed for divorce from the Mary Mary singer in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Monday, April 13.
The filing states that the couple married on Aug. 12, 2000, and separated in June 2024. Tina and Teddy share two minor children, Glendon Theodore Campbell II, 16, and Santana Campbell, 13. Teddy is requesting “child visitation (parenting time),” according to the documents.
The pair also shares daughters Cierra, Laiah Simone, and Meelah Jane, all of whom are adults. Cierra is Teddy’s daughter from a previous relationship.
Court documents show that spousal support will be determined at a later date. The filing also states that the former couple has no quasi-community property.
Tina, 51, found fame alongside sister Erica Campbell in the gospel duo Mary Mary. The group broke through in 2000 with hits including “Shackles (Praise You)” and “Walking.”
Teddy, a musician and producer, previously played drums in the house band on The Tonight Show during Jay Leno’s run.
The couple’s marriage survived a highly publicized cheating scandal in 2014. “It broke my heart,” Tina said during a 2015 appearance on Steve Harvey. “It devastated me.”
