Blac Chyna is fighting back after her ex-boyfriend, Twin Hector, sued her for alleged assault.
According to a cross-complaint filed last week, Chyna claims Hector was physically abusive throughout their relationship and says she only struck him during one confrontation to protect herself. Chyna alleges Hector hit her in both her upper and lower body during the incident. Her legal team argues that any injuries Hector suffered happened while she was defending herself.
“Any contact he sustained during the incident was a direct, necessary, and proportionate act of self-defense,” her attorneys said in the filing.
Hector originally sued Chyna in 2024, accusing her of assaulting him several times during their relationship.
Chyna, whose legal name is Angela White, is also accusing Hector of violating a nondisclosure agreement. In the lawsuit, she claims he referred to her in multiple songs released after their breakup. One song allegedly references a woman who wears a size 39 shoe, which Chyna says matches her exact size.
Chyna is seeking at least $20 million in damages over the alleged NDA violation.
Before finding fame on reality television, Chyna rose to prominence as a model and video vixen before later starring in the reality series Rob & Chyna alongside her child’s father, Rob Kardashian.
Hector’s attorney denied Chyna’s allegations, saying, “Twin Hector is the victim here.”
