Diamond is publicly denying claims that she struck Benzino with her car during a chaotic incident involving his child’s mother, Althea Heart.
Speaking during a livestream, the reality TV personality said she was sitting in the driver’s seat with her one-year-old child in the back while Heart stepped out briefly to check on her son.
According to Diamond, police were already present when tensions escalated.
“He comes to the car running, going crazy,” she said, alleging that Benzino approached the vehicle while it was already in drive. “You’re trying to put your hand inside of the window to where my baby is, so I drove off.”
Diamond insisted no one was hit. “Nobody hit you with no car,” she said, adding that body camera footage and surveillance from nearby buildings will back up her account. “If I hit you with a car, I would be in jail right now.”
Diamond said she was only there to support her friend. Althea Heart briefly joined the livestream to confirm she has primary custody.
“He wants to keep him away from his mother because he doesn’t want to go to jail for not paying child support,” Heart claimed.
Diamond criticized Benzino for allegedly calling bloggers from the hospital. “Only somebody psychotic would do all of that,” she said, adding that lawyers are now involved.
