Nollywood actress Chizzy Alichi has shared video from her labour room in celebration of her son turning one today.
Taking to her Instagram page, she shared a video of the moment she welcomed her son, who was kept in an incubator.
Expressing gratitude to her Maker, Chizzy asserted that God is faithful, giving all glory to him. She affirmed that those who put their trust in Him can’t be shamed.
“Kenechukwu is one year old today. God is faithful, and we return all the glory and adoration to him.
Those that put their trust in God can never be put to shame”.
Kemi Filani reported on May 7th, that Chizzy had announced the birth of her baby boy via her Instagram page. She described the experience as the most difficult time in her life as she recounted her pregnancy ordeal.
In October, the actress and her husband, Chike Mbah, dedicated their son to God. The couple threw a lavish dedication reception, attended by Rita Dominic, Nasty Blaq, Charles Okocha, Peggy Ovire, Nancy Isime, Medlin Boss, Uche Elendu, and others.
Sharing photos from the event, she revealed that it was still a dream to her as she stated that she was proof that God truly answers prayers.
While celebrating her first birthday as a mother, she described it as the best and expressed gratitude to her Maker, praying for twins next.
In December, the movie star and her husband celebrated their 6th wedding anniversary. Alichi noted how it hasn’t been easy, but she was grateful for everything. She stated that forever is the deal.
Not done, she shared photos of herself, her husband, and their son, noting that this was their first anniversary as parents. The proud mother said their son came and made everything perfect, and they’re forever grateful to God Almighty.
