A new video of the self-appointed Director-General of the Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council (PFIPC), Adeniyi Adeyemi, has surfaced online, confirming his arrest by the Nigeria Police Force.
NPO Reported that Adeyemi who had been on the run since the presidency’s declaration of his council fake and fictitious was on Tuesday arrested by the police.
The self-acclaimed council DG was reportedly apprehended in Osun state.
His arrest came barely three hours after the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja issued a bench warrant against him over his absence at the court when his case was called earlier today.
In confirmation of his arrest, the police operatives recorded moment he was briefly interrogated.
The video of the interrogation posted on X by TVC captured moment the visibly distraught Adeyemi was asked of his name which he claimed to have answered multiple times.
