A Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court sitting in the Apo, Abuja, has ordered the final forfeiture of N8.7billion worth of jewelries, exotic cars, and other properties linked to Nigerian businesswoman, Ms Aisha Achimugu to the federal government.
This was made known in a statement issued on Thursday by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
According to the statement, Justice Jude Onwugbuzie granted the order earlier today in a judgment on the application for final forfeiture of the properties filed by the commission.
The forfeited properties include jewelries worth N4.6 billion, eleven exotic cars worth N4.2 billion, as well as $50,000 and N30 million cash.
