The Director-General of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru, Professor Ayo Omotayo, has felicitated with Muslim faithfuls in Nigeria and across the world on the occasion of Eid-el-Kabir, urging citizens to uphold the values of unity, sacrifice, patriotism, and peaceful coexistence.
In his Eid message issued on behalf of the management, staff, participants, and the entire NIPSS community, the Director-General described Eid-el-Kabir as a celebration that reflects the timeless virtues of faith, obedience, compassion, sacrifice, and commitment to the common good.
He noted that the values symbolised by the festival remain critical to nation-building and Nigeria’s collective aspiration for peace, unity, and prosperity.
Prof. Omotayo called on Nigerians to continue to promote tolerance, mutual respect, and harmony across religious and ethnic divides, stressing the need for citizens to work together in advancing national development.
According to him, NIPSS remains committed to promoting strategic policy research, leadership development, and national dialogue in support of sustainable development and national transformation.
The NIPSS Director-General prayed that the sacred season would bring renewed hope, divine blessings, peace, and progress to Nigeria and humanity at large.
