Senator Solomon Adeola, popularly known as Yayi, has been announced as the All Progressives Congress (APC) consensus governorship candidate for the 2027 election in Ogun State.

PrimeTimes Nigeria reports that Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun made the announcement during a stakeholders meeting on Monday.
