Sharing a video of himself giving the Governor and others a tour of the Millennium city, he said the building was completed in 4 months.

Omoni Oboli wrote, “This looks amazing “.
Earlier this year, Cubana revealed his plans to build the biggest city in Africa. He shared photos of himself on site, stating that one’s dreams should keep them awake at night and that the power of positive thinking should be used.
In 2024, Obi Cubana bragged that his hotel hosted the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Sharing a video of their visit, he expressed pride that his hotel was hosting a royal couple and declared it the number one luxury hotel in Africa.
January was raining titles for Cubana. Kemi Filani reported that the Cubana group founder was conferred chieftaincy, the Ife Igbo-Ji-Ka, by the Igwe and traditional council of Enugwu–Ukwu na Umunri, led by Igwe Ralph Obumnemeh Ekpeh.
Not done, the billionaire businessman had received another traditional honour in Anambra State. He was conferred with the chieftaincy title Okpataozueora I of Oba by the Igwe of Oba, His Royal Majesty, Engr. Sir Augustine Chinedu Emelobe, GON (Eze Okpoko II of Oba).
Obi Cubana has no doubt come a long way in life. In 2022, he recounted how circumstances almost ruined his convocation at UNN. He recounted how he and his friends travelled on a night bus because it was affordable. Unfortunately, he lost one of the priceless gifts his uncle gave him for his good grades and that nearly ruined his convocation.
His philanthropic efforts and business acumen earned him a Doctorate in Business Administration from Enugu State University.
In 2023, he expressed joy at fulfilling some of his core values as he attended the 50th Convocation ceremony of UNN.
The businessman rose to fame following the burial ceremony, which attracted business executives, pop stars like Davido, Dbanj, KCee, E-Money, Poco Lee and Ubi Franklin and actors Kanayo Kanayo, Alex Ekubo and Williams Uchemba.
The burial made headlines in Nigeria for days and weeks because of its grandeur and richness—the high point was when the businessman received 246 cows from his friends.
