The leaders of the All Progressives Congress in the Kano North Senatorial District have received 282 Boxer motorbikes and 47 Sharon automobiles from Senate Deputy President Barau Jibrin.

As part of Senator Barau’s empowerment drive, the gesture was also given to previous party officials in the area.

Muhammad Abdullahi, the Deputy President of the Senate’s Chief of Staff, spoke at the occasion on Wednesday and stated that the gesture was intended to help the recipients become independent.

“Kano North Senatorial District is fortunate to have the Deputy President of the Senate, who continues to provide things that promote human growth and ease the lives of those who receive them.

“For this reason, we are not concerned about some nefarious schemes and deliberate assaults on our leader, Senator Barau Jibrin, since we know that those responsible are dishonest individuals who control everyone’s destiny.”

Abdullahi urged individuals who profited from the automobiles and motorcycles to make money off of them rather than discarding them.

“What we have on ground for distribution includes 47 cars, 282 motorcycles, and more of such goodies are coming soon,” stated Shittu Madaki, Barau’s media assistant.

Speaking as well, Salihu Takai, the State Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Agenda, stated that Barau is eliminating poverty for the residents and their families at the grassroots level in a manner identical to President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

He continued, “This is not the first and will definitely not be the last of his interventions on human and capital development for his Kano North Senatorial District.”

APC local government chairmen and their secretaries, as well as past party officials in the area, were among the recipients.
