Anderson .Paak’s estranged wife, Jae Lin, is seeking primary custody of the couple’s two children as their divorce continues to unfold.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Jae has asked a judge to grant her primary physical custody of the pair’s kids, ages 9 and 13. She is requesting that the Grammy-winning singer have visitation and secondary custody rights. Jae is also asking for spousal support as the legal process moves forward.
The couple married in 2010 and remained together for more than a decade before their relationship began to unravel. In her filing, Jae cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. Both she and Anderson previously listed the official separation date as “TBD” in court paperwork.

The custody request arrives amid reports of a rumored romance between Anderson and television personality Jeannie Mai. The two sparked speculation last month after they were spotted sharing an intimate dinner at a Los Angeles restaurant.
In a video obtained by TMZ, Anderson was seen sitting close to Jeannie, his arm around her, as the pair talked in a private booth.
Jeannie finalized her own divorce from rapper Jeezy in 2024 after three years of marriage. The former couple shares a young daughter together.
For now, Anderson and Jae’s divorce case remains ongoing.
