Sean “Diddy” Combs and his son Christian “King” Combs have quietly resolved a legal dispute with one of their former law firms.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, Summa LLP accused the father and son of failing to pay tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees tied to work performed over several months in 2025.
The firm claimed it logged more than 100 attorney hours and 90 paralegal hours and said at least $53,688.35 remained unpaid.
Some of that work was connected to a sexual assault lawsuit involving Grace O’Marcaigh, who alleged she was assaulted by Christian while working as a steward on a yacht chartered by Diddy in late 2022. O’Marcaigh claimed the incident caused her emotional distress and named both men in the suit, accusing Diddy of aiding and abetting.
While the status of O’Marcaigh’s case remains unclear, the billing fight has now ended. Court records show Summa LLP dismissed its lawsuit after reaching a settlement with the Combs’s.
Summa attorney Alejandro Barrientos confirmed the matter was resolved but declined to share details. Neither Diddy nor Christian has publicly commented on the settlement.
