Residents of Jos, Plateau State, have been left in shock after a prominent human rights activist was reportedly abducted by a group of armed men in a late-night incident that has sparked widespread concern.
According to reports, the activist, identified as Emmanuel Okoro, was allegedly seized outside his residence by masked men who arrived in a dark-colored SUV without visible registration plates.
Eyewitnesses claimed the armed men forced him into the vehicle before speeding away to an unknown destination, leaving family members and neighbors in panic.
