People say the man got angry after suspecting that his girlfriend was cheating on him. A video making rounds on social media shows the young man, who is shirtless, sitting on the ground near the body of the woman. In the video, the suspect claims that the woman died after she fell down. He insists he did not kill her. But many people who saw the video believe he attacked her because of the cheating matter.
