Pandemonium has broken out at the popular Computer Village in Lagos after a man stabbed another man to death.
The incident reportedly occurred last week during a fight between the two men.
While the cause of their fight is yet to be ascertained, eyewitnesses claimed that one of the men stabbed the other on the neck which led to his death.
Following the incident, the suspect reportedly fled into the police post located in the market amid fear of being lynched to death by angry mob.
The murder incident had indeed sparked outrage withing the market as a mob, as seen in a video shared on Instagram, charged towards a retreating police vehicle.
When contacted by correspondent, the Lagos Police Command confirmed the development while assuring that a statement containing details of the incident will be released soon.
