IGWE Chidubem Iweka (Eze Iweka lll), who is the traditional ruler of Obosi in Anambra state, has thrown his weight behind the Federal Road Safety Corps’ (FRSC) exercise titled ‘load right, save lives’.
Eze Iweka, who is the chairman of the Anambra state traditional rulers’ council, expressed his willingness to participate in the sensitization programme when personnel of FRSC paid him a visit at his palace on July 21.
” ‘Load right, Save lives’ is a noble and laudable initiative. It is a very good programme. And I am happy to be involved in it. “When I see FRSC workers doing anything wrong, I do tell them to stop doing the thing. “Again, I would like transport operators to know that no load is worth a human life. So they should not load above capacity. Human life is worth more than profit,” Iweka said.
