Samaila Ibrahim Kaigama has claimed that a temporary pause in attacks by Boko Haram raises important questions about how such an arrangement was reached.
He made the remarks during an interview on Channels Television. Kaigama alleged that there was a period during which attacks were suspended. According to him, the development suggested that discussions had taken place behind the scenes.
