The remarks were made during the 276th Corps Commanders’ Conference held at the General Headquarters (GHQ) in Rawalpindi. The meeting, chaired by Munir, also saw the Pakistan Army accuse India of human rights violations and demographic changes in Jammu and Kashmir.
