‎Two officers of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) Public Relations Unit have emerged the overall best and second-best graduating students at the Nigeria Customs Service Command and Staff College (NCCSC), Gwagwalada.

‎According to Deputy Comptroller Abdullahi Aliyu Maiwada, National Public Relations Officer of the Nigeria Customs Service, Chief Superintendent of Customs Ridwan Yusuf emerged as the Overall Best Graduating Student at the graduation of Senior Course 14 held on Friday, while Chief Superintendent of Customs Nuruddeen Sa’idu finished as the Second Best Graduating Student.

‎Maiwada disclosed that Yusuf also won three additional awards during the graduation ceremony held at the Ahmed Makarfi Hall of the college.

‎He described the achievement as evidence of the professionalism, intellectual depth and dedication of officers serving in the NCS Public Relations Unit.

‎”They didn’t just pass; they conquered one of the Service’s most demanding professional training programmes, proving once again that public relations isn’t just about managing images; it’s about top-tier administrative competence and strategic leadership,” he said.

‎Maiwada expressed optimism that the officers would continue to contribute to the growth of the Service in their future assignments.
