Call on Ogun Government to Intervene

Residents of Sango-Ota, Ogun state, has raised alarm over alleged extra-judicial killing by the state’s security outfit, So-Safe Corps.
The incident which occurred along Coco-Cola Road in Oju-Ore area of the state had sparked panic among the residents.
Video made available to NPO Reports on Sunday showed the residents setting up a barricade along the road.
One of the residents who recorded the video showed a property where the body of the deceased victims was alleged dumped by the So-Safe Corps.
She alleged that the victim was tortured to death by the security operatives.
“There is a dead body in this building. It is the So-Safe Corps that killed him.
“They didn’t want us to record. They tortured him till he died.” The resident said.
She called for government’s intervention over the case.
NPO Reports gathered from authoritative sources that the suspects linked to the killing were arrested on Friday and taken to Abeokuta while investigations continue.
