Four Fubara Allies, 11 Other Aspirants Disqualified from APC Primaries

Four allies of the Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, have, alongside 11 other aspirants, been disqualified from participating in the ongoing All Progressives Congress (APC) Primary Elections for the House of Representatives ticket.

Prior to the commencement of the primaries, the APC, in a statement issued on Saturday by its spokesperson, Felix Morka, released list of the aspirants who were not cleared by the screening committee.

Making the list are four Rivers aspirants John Okpara, Anderson Igbiki, Awaji Abirite, and Boma Goodhead, who were all considered allies of Fubara.

Also disqualified are seven Ondo aspirants which include Adefisoye Tajudeen ( Idanre/Ifedore), Olusegun Ategbole (Akoko Southeast/Southwest), Seun Ajongbolo (Akoko Southeast/Southwest), Arowole Samuel (Owo/Ose), Morufu Ibrahim (Akoko Northeast/Northwest), Oseni Oyeniyi (Akoko Northeast/Northwest), and Olaleye Adedipe (Akoko Northeast/Northwest).

Others include Bashir Bello ( Darazo/Ganjuwa, Bauchi state), Idu Gariwe (Afikpo-Edda, Ebonyi state), and Sani Ogembe (Okene, Ogiri, Mangongo, Kogi state).
