Big Brother Naija former housemate Oluwabamike Olawunmi-Adenibuyan, better known as Bambam, is making headlines for her reaction to the news of the death of actor Alex Ekubo.
Kemi Filani reported on Tuesday that the light-skinned actor had passed away on Monday, May 11th, after a battle with Cancer and was 40 years old.
As many are still dealing with the news of his untimely death, a video of Bambam’s reaction is going viral.
In the clip, the reality star was on the set of a movie at an eatery when someone informed her of the sad news. Bambam immediately broke down in tears, and everyone on set, including the production team, wore a sombre look.

A few days ago, Bambam expressed gratitude as she received an award certificate and plaque from YouTube after hitting 100,000 subscribers.
In 2024, the reality star penned a heartfelt note to Omoni Oboli. She appreciated the filmmaker for seeing her and taking a chance on her talent by giving her a platform as an actor. Bambam noted God’s favour, passion, support, relentless pursuit of excellence, and passion for them where they are. She expressed how much she loved and admired her.

The reality star said she left the house and searched for a platform to showcase her talent, so she went into Big Brother’s house.

In other news, at the 11th edition of AMVCA cultural day, Bambam expressed how honoured she was to have made her first hosting debut for Onga. She also expressed joy at being nominated for Best Dressed Female, which unfortunately didn’t win.
