THE Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) has announced that Tony Attah, managing director of Renaissance Africa Energy Company Limited, will be speaking at the upcoming Nigerian Content Academy Lecture Series on Thursday, April 9, at 10am.
