The Supreme Court has reserved judgment in the appeal filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The court took the decision in the matter before it, which has as respondents Sule Lamido, Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Austin Nwachukwu and two others.
This was after the regularisation of the processes and hearing of the substantive appeal.
The steps were taken on Wednesday after the apex court commenced hearing in matters affecting the leadership of the opposition party.
