THE Experts from ECOWAS member states met on April 23-24, 2026 in Accra, Ghana, to review the data collection report on the capacity-building plan for the Project Preparation Units of ECOWAS member states and the PPDU’s resource mobilization strategy.
This meeting was organized by the ECOWAS Project Preparation and Development Unit. PPDU.
The proceedings were opened on April 23, 2026, by Collisson, representing the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Ghana, in the presence of Kebba FYE, Director of the PPDU.
