Nigerian billionaire power couple Razaq and Shade Okoya have left many enchanted with their daughter, Rasheeda Okoya and Imran Saro’s introduction.
Kemi Filani reported on Friday that while celebrating his wife, Shade Okoya’s 49th birthday, the Aare of Lagos, Razaq Okoya, officially announced that his daughter, Olamide Rasheeda, is engaged to Imran Saro Gobir.
On Saturday, April 25th, the couple held their engagement at the Okoyas’ private residence in Lagos. A clip of the beautiful decor from the introduction ceremony has surfaced online, leaving social media in awe.
Kemi Filani has compiled some photos and videos from the enchanting ceremony. In one of the clips captured online, many of the guests wore white to the introduction.
Another clip captured the couple exchanging marital rites as their proud parents stood behind them.
In a recent interview, Razaq had revealed his plans for his children with his last wife, Shade Okoya. He said he wants to pass everything down to his younger children and doesn’t want them to fail like their older siblings. Razaq said he already has everything for them and wants them to build everything themselves.
Elsewhere in the interview, Razaq credited Shade for helping him build his empire. He said Shade consolidated his empire and solidified everything, and is in charge of their business. He also praised her for always decorating their home and noted how they have been married for 20 years.
The billionaire wife had opened up about her relationship with Rasaq Okoya, expressing how much she loves, adores and respects her husband. She spoke highly of him and showered him with heartfelt prayers, calling him her backbone and saying how she would never do anything that would tarnish her husband’s name. She also spoke about their trust and how her generation, including her children, is forever grateful to him.
