Following a deadly shooting in south London, Moureik Ebanks, 20, is accused of murder, attempted murder, and gun possession.
In relation to the murder of “loving family man” Kyrone Moodie in south London, two further individuals have been charged.
The 27-year-old was shot in Clapham’s New Park Road shortly before 9 p.m. on September 8, 2018, and passed away in the hospital the following day.
In relation to his killing, three men have already been charged.
Additionally, Moureik Ebanks, 20, of Saints Close, Lambeth, was charged with murder, attempted murder, and firearm possession on Thursday.
A charge of perverting the course of justice was brought against Rushaune Davis, 31, of Brixton Road, Lambeth.
The two men were scheduled to appear in Bromley Magistrates’ Court today, Friday, April 24, but they are still detained.
After his passing, Mr. Moodie’s family hailed him as a “loving family man” and said that “he was genuine and determined.”
“He helped everyone he could,” they stated in a statement. Kyrone was simply a modest, humorous, devout, and family-oriented man.
Specialized officers continue to provide updates and support to Mr. Moodie’s family.
