Dr. Umar Johnson is addressing online speculation after rumors linked him to Sukihana’s fourth pregnancy.
The conversation gained traction on social media, with some users joking that the activist could be the father. Johnson responded directly on Instagram to clear things up.
“Peace & PanAfrikanism. My good sister Sukihana is excited and looking forward to bringing another beautiful Afrikan child into this world,” he wrote. “Dr. Umar is not the father.”
He later shared a lighthearted follow-up post, continuing the conversation in a playful tone while reinforcing that their connection is strictly platonic.

Meanwhile, Sukihana has been open about her pregnancy journey, calling it a meaningful chapter in her life.
“This baby came into my life at a time when I truly needed a reminder of purpose and love,” she said.
Back in November, Dr. Umar and Ray J appeared to have beef over Suki, which Ray J addressed in an interview with The Breakfast Club.
“He likes Suki, but Suki with me, so he can’t like Suki, so he tried to press me,” he explained at the time. According to the “One Wish” star, he was giving her a monthly allowance of $75,000 during their relationship, though he acknowledged that she had already moved on.
“I told Suki’s boyfriend two days ago, stand down, don’t you ever put your hands on Suki, we’re good.”
