Tracy Tutor has filed a civil lawsuit accusing real estate broker Oren Alexander of sexual assault and sex trafficking, allegations he strongly denies.
Tutor, a Los Angeles-based broker and star of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, filed the complaint on March 5. In the filing, she claims an incident involving Alexander took place in New York in 2014.
According to the lawsuit, Tutor says she traveled to the city after receiving an invitation to attend a dinner with Alexander and other real estate professionals connected to Douglas Elliman, where he worked at the time. She alleges that during the evening, she was handed a drink and later lost memory of what happened next.
More from the lawsuit – Tracy Tutor alleges that she woke up “surrounded by blood” in the bed in “someone else’s hotel room.”

The complaint states that a friend who attended the dinner became concerned when Tutor disappeared from the table and began searching for her.
According to the filing, the friend eventually found Tutor in a restroom stall with Alexander, confronted him, and helped her leave the area.
Tutor says she later woke up in a hotel room she did not recognize and discovered personal belongings were missing.
Alexander’s attorney denied the claims in a statement, calling the lawsuit “salacious and demonstrably false.”
The legal filing comes as Alexander and his brothers are currently on trial in New York over separate federal sex trafficking charges, which they have also denied.
