But it looks like the 55-year-old actress decided it was time for a major “refurbishment,” and the results have fans doing a double-take!
In a move that’s rare for a superstar, Denise just went public with her recent full-face restoration, sharing unedited before-and-after photos that have the internet in a tailspin. While she looks decades younger, critics are saying the surgeon might have been a little too enthusiastic with the “lift” button.

Denise sat down for a candid interview with Allure this week (March 20, 2026), admitting that she was “terrified” to go under the knife for her face. She’s had breast work done since she was 19, but she knew she couldn’t hide a facelift from the public.
Her surgeon, the famous Dr. Ben Talei, didn’t just do a little tuck. He performed a classic facelift, a temporal brow lift, an upper blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), a lip lift, and even used fat from her thighs to “plump” her face back up.
“It is night and day,” Denise told the magazine. “It’s shocking, actually. I just wanted to put things back up where they were before.”

While the “before” pics showed some natural sagging around the jaw and neck, the “after” pics show a Denise that is smooth as a marble. But with that smoothness comes a new expression.
Social media is currently roasting the results, with some users claiming Denise now has a “permanent surprised look” on her face. The combination of the brow lift and the eyelid surgery has her eyes looking wider and more “alert” than we’ve ever seen them.

The Divorce Drama Behind The Surgery
If you think the surgery was just for vanity, think again. Media Take Out has learned that the timing of this procedure was messy. Denise revealed that her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, was the one who actually leaked the news of her facelift to the paparazzi while they were in the middle of their acrimonious divorce.
Denise claims Aaron tried to say the surgery was “botched” to embarrass her, but she decided to get ahead of the narrative by showing the results herself. Between the divorce, the alleged physical abuse she’s discussed on RHOBH this season, and the move to a new home, Denise says this facelift was her “new lease on life.”
