Benzino is responding to recent social media jabs from 50 Cent following his recent class with the mother of his child, Althea Heart.
The rapper and media personality recently appeared in an interview with RealLyfe Productions wearing a shirt featuring an image connected to 50 Cent’s past.
Benzino responds to 50 Cent trolling him about getting injured by wearing a t-shirt with his deceased mother on it.

The photo on the shirt shows a young 50 Cent holding a drawing believed to depict his late mother. King Harris previously shared the same image during his own online feud involving the G-Unit founder.
Benzino said the choice was intentional after seeing 50 Cent mock him online. The G-Unit boss recently posted a photo of Benzino wearing a neck brace following a reported custody dispute incident.
“Shout out to T.I. and his whole family,” Benzino said during the interview. “I see 50 posting me and he said God made him do it. Me and God got a relationship, so I guess God made me do this too.”
Benzino added that he believed the shirt was appropriate for the conversation. “I thought it’s just appropriate to wear it for the interview,” he said.
He also shared praise for T.I. and Tiny’s family, saying he respects how they support one another.
“You know, the bozo he is, I’m not surprised at what he did,” Benzino said of 50 Cent.
