Reality television personality Alexis Skyy is facing legal trouble after a lawsuit accused her of involvement in an alleged assault at an Atlanta apartment complex.
According to a complaint filed in early February, Anthony Gaskin claims the Love & Hip Hop star and two others confronted him in the lobby of his upscale residential building in October 2024. The lawsuit alleges that Skyy, along with Robmira Taylor and Robert Thorne, were waiting for him and then attacked him during the encounter.
Gaskin claims he was “violently attacked” during the incident and says the alleged confrontation left him with injuries that required medical, dental, psychological, and chiropractic treatment.
The lawsuit also names the apartment complex as a defendant. Gaskin alleges the property failed to provide proper security and did not protect him during the incident.

In the filing, he claims the aftermath has affected his ability to work and led to panic attacks in public settings. He is seeking punitive damages, with the amount to be determined at trial.
Skyy’s manager, TC Copper, addressed the allegations in a statement.
“At this time, we are focusing on resolving this situation privately and legally,” the statement reads.
Copper also referenced video footage from the incident, claiming Skyy was leaving the building when Gaskin allegedly insulted her. “The person that was with the victim stopped anything from happening,” he said.
