Kris Jenner is taking a firm stand as the legal battle involving her daughter and Ray J continues to escalate.
In a new declaration tied to the ongoing lawsuit, Kris Jenner accused Ray J of years of harassment toward Kim Kardashian, saying his repeated public claims have caused lasting emotional damage. According to documents obtained by TMZ, Jenner said Ray J has “publicly terrorized” her daughter for decades by making what she calls false accusations to stay relevant.
“My family is of the utmost importance to me,” Jenner wrote. “It is deeply painful to watch my daughter experience the stress brought upon her by his lies and the fear that this harassment will never end.”
The declaration responds to Ray J’s recent claims that federal authorities were investigating Jenner and Kardashian for crimes he suggested were more serious than those tied to Sean “Diddy” Combs.
Jenner labeled the allegations “outrageous and untrue,” adding that they caused “significant emotional distress” for the Skims founder.
Jenner said she has never pursued a defamation case before but felt she had no choice. “I could no longer bear watching my daughter cry again over the lies painted about us,” she wrote.
Kardashian recently filed her own declaration, stating that the accusations could jeopardize her goal of becoming a lawyer and that they have forced her to have “tough conversations” with her children.
