50 Cent Calls Out Old Jay-Z Lyrics in Wild Instagram Post

50 Cent is once again taking aim at Jay-Z by revisiting a verse from his past.

In a recent Instagram post, 50 shared lyrics from Jay-Z’s appearance on Pharrell Williams’s 2006 song “Young Girl/ I Really Like You,” pairing the words with an image that appeared to show Jay-Z’s face edited onto the Predator movie character.

“Hov’ got a young gir / Still not quite 21/ So high strung, such a vibrant thing/ I introduce myself, ‘Hi, Miss Thing’/ You’re 19 / No, you’re lightning in a bottle I give you a ring tomorrow/ The scene that follows/ Screams of horror/ Classic Stephen King novel/ Mama don’t think you should take someone/ So advance in romance, you should just wait/ Papa don’t preach, Hov don’t bite/ Hov been through it, I might mold your life/ ‘Cause I’ma show you right/ Proper etiquette, how to hold your knife/ Keep it competitive with Oprah’s ice / Be like Janet, take control of your life.”

In the comments, fans speculated as to whether the song was actually A.I….but it isn’t.

The song was released years before Jay-Z married Beyoncé, but while the couple was already publicly linked.

Alongside the image, 50 questioned the content of the verse, writing, “I know your gonna say I’m a hater, but what do you say about what he’s saying fool? LOL get yo a– down the street!”

While Jay-Z has largely stayed quiet, 50 has repeatedly taken shots through interviews and social media. Over the years, he has accused the Roc Nation founder of industry favoritism and mocked his appearance in various posts.
