Nigerian rapper and singer Zlatan Ibile and his wife, Davita, are gearing up for their wedding.
The couple, while attending Soso Soberekon’s wedding with other celebrities, announced that preparations for their wedding are already in top gear.

In a video making rounds online, the couple were seen on a private jet with Toke Makinwa, Teni, and others when they announced that they are having their wedding.
Zlatan’s wife, speaking on their behalf, extended her wedding invitation to everyone on the jet, saying she would be glad to have them there.
“I want to invite you all to the wedding. I would be glad to have you all there”.
Earlier this year, the couple had officially tied the knot. According to reports, the couple got married in a low-key private court ceremony surrounded by family and loved ones.
In March, the singer and his family left the internet drooling with their family photos. In one of the photos, Zlatan and Davita were captured in a cosy embrace, flaunting their wedding rings, sparking marital rumours.
Davita had sparked rumours of marriage, as she added the singer’s last name, Omoniyi, to her Instagram handle. A look at Davita’s Instagram bio showed she is now being addressed as Davita Omoniyi.
In January, a viral post was shared online about him clarifying his relationship status with the mother of his kids, Davita Lamai. In the post, the singer had Zlatan stated that Davita isn’t his wife but the mother of his kids.
Hopping on his Twitter page to react to the viral post, the singer expressed frustration with Nigerians who share unverified posts without confirming their authenticity. He noted that he isn’t one to explain himself on social media; however, he is making it clear that the post was fake.
The couple had reunited to celebrate their second son’s first birthday. Zlatan described him as his little sunshine, who has brightened his world for a whole year, while Davita wished him a happy birthday.
In July, the singer had proved to be a doting partner, as he supported Davita as she graduated from Birmingham University. The singer was captured in viral videos, cheering her on at her graduation ceremony.
In 2024, Zlatan had gone all out for his babymama as she turned 27. To celebrate her day, the singer treated her to a birthday party, where he surprised her with a brand new Mercedes Benz and designer items, which left his babymama speechless.
