Iranian state media reported that U.S. forces carried out strikes targeting facilities at Chabahar Port in southeastern Iran.
According to the reports, the attack caused damage to the port’s maritime traffic control tower and two docking facilities. Local authorities also reported power outages in parts of the port area following the strikes.
Emergency teams were deployed to assess the damage, while Iranian officials continued to evaluate the impact on port operations.
The reported strike marks another U.S. attack on infrastructure inside Iran as military operations between the two sides continue.
