Former media aide Ossai Ovie Success has lashed out at music star Davido over absence at Soso Soberekon’s wedding.
Kemi Filani reported that on Saturday, July 25th, the music executive tied the knot to his lover, Princess Ebiere, in a star-studded ceremony in Warri, Delta State.
As expected, his wedding drew in lots of celebrities, but Davido, who has been friends and business partners with Soso for many years, was absent.
Speaking out, Ossai described him as ungrateful and expressed disappointment in his absence. He noted how Soso has done so much for Davido in the last few years as he brought the singer to the international community and even promoted him locally.
Ossai noted how loyalty goes both ways, and this was Davido’s moment to show it, which he missed. He described Davido’s action as a slap in Soso’s face.

The fact is, Soso Soberekon has done so much for Davido in the last few years.
Soso brought Davido to the international community and even promoted him locally.
Loyalty goes both ways.

To miss that day after everything Soso has done feels like a slap in the face.

Soso showed up for Davido; Davido didn’t show up for Soso.
That’s not loyalty.

Similarly, comedian Deeone slammed Davido for being ungrateful, saying that after all Soso did for the singer, he couldn’t even attend his wedding. The comedian claimed Davido is jealous of Soso’s wealth and described him as a terrible human being.
